2. Resignation of D. S. Mehta, as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 17 October 2014.
3. Election of Kushagra Bajaj, as Chairman of the Board with effect from 18 October 2014.
4. Re-designation of Kushagra Bajaj, as Chairman & Managing Director with effect from 18 October 2014.
