Board of V I P Industries approves change in MD

At meeting held on 05 January 2021

The Board of V I P Industries at its meeting held on 05 January 2021 has approved the resignaiton of Sudip Ghose from the post of Managing Director and Key Management Personnel of the company with effect from 31 January 2021. The Board has appointed Anindya Dutta (DIN: 08256456) as an Additional Director of the company with effect from 01 February 2021. He is also appointed as Managing Director and Key Management Personnel of the company.
