Britannia Industries announces retirement of MD

With effect from 31 March 2014

Britannia Industries has announced that Vinita Bali will be retiring as scheduled as Managing Director of the Company with effect from the close of business on 31 March 2014 when she will also cease to be a Director of the Company.

Further, the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 25 March 2014, has appointed Varun Berry as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 April 2014.
