Cipla to acquire South African Pharma company- Anmarate
Through its subsidiary - Cipla Medpro South Africa
Cipla announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Cipla Medpro South Africa (Pty) has signed an agreement on 30 March 2017 to acquire 100% stake in Anmarate (Pty), South Africa. The transaction is expected to be completed before 14 April 2017.Anmarate was incorporated in 1996 in South Africa and is engaged in manufacturing and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
