Container Corporation Of India will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 May 2015, to consider the approval of Audited Financial Results & Segment wise Revenue, Results & Capital Employed, for the quarter and year ended on 31 March 2015, further, the Board may also consider declaration of Final Dividend, if any, to the shareholders.
