Cosmo Films updates on hike in shareholding by Promoters

Cosmo Films announced that Pravasi Enterprises, a Promoter Group Company has, during the period from 19 August 2015 to 21 August 2015, acquired 60,000 Equity Shares of the Company by market purchases in terms of Regulation 3(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011.

Consequently, the Promoters holding stands increased to 43.14%.
