With effect from 22 August 2015
Welspun India announced that IDBI Bank has withdrawn the nomination of Ajay Sharma as director on the Board of Directors of the Company and has instead nominated Padma Betai as director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 22 August 2015.
