With effect from 21 August 2015

Celebrity Fashions announced that K. Senthilkumar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer resigned from the services of the Company at the close of business hours on 21 August 2015. He has been relieved from the services of the Company at the close of business hours on 21 August 2015.

Further to resignation of K. Senthilkumar, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Charath Ram Narsimhan, Managing Director has been nominated as the Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
