CreditAccess Grameen plans NCD issuance up to Rs 195 cr

CreditAccess Grameen approved the issuance of 1450 Secured Rated Listed Redeemable Transferable Non Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10 lakh each, aggregating up to Rs. 145 crore; and 500 (five hundred) Rated, Listed, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Principal Protected Market-Linked, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 10 lakh each, aggregating up to Rs. 50 crore. The deemed date of allotment is 31 March 2021.
