CRISIL appoints company secretary & compliance officer
With immediate effect
CRISIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Minal Bhosale as the Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.Minal Bhosale will also act as the Compliance Officer of the Company under Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchange.
