Board of Credit Analysis & Research recommends dividend

Credit Analysis & Research announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 July 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 6 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
