Dixon Technologies (India) allots 1.37 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

Dixon Technologies (India) has allotted 1,37,280 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a Price of Rs. 1864.80/- each pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under Dixon Technologies (India) Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2018.

The Paid Up Share Capital of the Company will accord ingly increase from Rs. 11,57,01,410 to Rs. 11,70,74,210/-
