Dynamic Microsteppers announced that Chetas Shah has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of the Companies (Appointment & Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
