Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases announces resignation of director

With effect from 13 February 2015

Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases announced that Masato Machida, an Executive Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship.

Kensuke Yamamoto, has been appointed as an additional director in the Company with effect from 13 February 2015.
