Engineers India announces resignation of part time independent director

Engineers India has announced that Dr Christy Fernandez, Non-official Part-time (Independent) Director has submitted his resignation to the Company with effect from 28 February 2014 and the same has been accepted by Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India vide letter dated 14 March 2014, received on 18 March 2014.
