Autoline Industries has announced that consequent on the resignations of M Radhakrishnan as Managing Director and Chief Executive officer with effect from 01 June 2014 and Shivaji T Akhade as Managing Director and Chief Executive officer with effect from 01 July 2014, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 19 March 2014 have decided to appoint a Chief Executive officer at the earliest.However M Radhakrishnan and Shivaji T Akhade will continue to be Non- Executive Directors of the Company on cessation of their position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
