Eureka Industries announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 02 July 2018

Eureka Industries announced that Pareshkumar Kantibhai Parmar has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f. closing of business hours of 02 July, 2018. The Board in their meeting held on 02 July 2018 has approved his resignation and release him from the post.
