Fedders Lloyd Corporation will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 August 2014, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30 June 2014 and Audited Annual Results of the Company (on Standalone and Consolidated basis) for the Financial Year ended on 30 June 2014 and to consider and recommend dividend for the Financial Year 2013-14, if any.
