With effect from 24 December 2014
Fortis Malar Hospitals announced about the following changes in the Board structure of the Company with effect from 24 December 2014:-1. Aditya Vij has resigned from the Chairmanship and Directorship of the Company.
2. Ashish Bhatia resigned from the Directorship of the Company.
3. Daljit Singh has been appointed as an Additional Director and also as the Chairman of the Board; and
4. Karthik Rajagopal has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company.
