Future Retail has allotted 1,51,622 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to eligible employee(s) under the FRL ESOP 2016.With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 94.39 crore comprising of 47,19,64,361 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
