Ganon Trading & Finance Company announces change in directorate

With effect from 04 September 2015

Ganon Trading & Finance Company announced that the Board has approved the appointed of Tejaswini N. Govindekar as an Additional Director (Independent Woman Director) and appointment of Mr. Hari Prasad Agrawal as a Whole Time Director (Executive director cum Chief Financial officer) on the Board of the Company with effect from 04 September 2015.

The Board also took note of the cessation of Manish Tiwari as Director from the Board of the Company with effect from 04 September 2015.
