Tech Mahindra allots equity shares

Tech Mahindra announced about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 08 October 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 84922 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants on exercise of stock options under various ESOP schemes.
