Genus Power Infrastructures announced that India Ratings & Research (Ind-Ra) has affirmed/upgraded the Company, the following ratings:-

- Long-term Issuer Rating : IND A; Outlook - Stable
- INR 2,280m Fund-based Working Capital Limits : IND A/IND A1
- INR 6,530m Non-fund-based Working Capital Limits : IND A/IND A1
- INR 1,000m Commercial Paper Programme (carved out of the fund-based working capital limits): IND A1

The Outlook is Stable.
