Godrej Properties Ltd rose 5.54% today to trade at Rs 964.95. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is up 1.45% to quote at 2141.22. The index is up 16.27 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Sobha Ltd increased 1.79% and Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd added 1.01% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 6.14 % over last one year compared to the 15.47% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
