Hindustan Oil Exploration Company announced that P. K. Borthakur, former Director (Offshore), Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has been appointed to the Board of HOEC as a Non - Executive Independent Director w.e.f. 15 June 2016 through Circular Resolution.
