Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 22 September 2014 allotted 2,78,000 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees / director.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 313,73,11,620 consisting of 156,86,55,810 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
