IDFC allots equity shares

Under ESOS

IDFC announced that the Committee of Directors for allotment of shares met on 11 November 2014 and allotted 3,15,286 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
