Info Edge (India) has invested an additional amount of Rs. 25 crore through optionally convertible cumulative redeemable preference shares in Applect Learning Systems, which operates the kindergarten to Class 12(K-12) assessment based learning portal - www.meritnation.com.The aggregate investment, including the above, is now about Rs. 97 crore in Applect Learning Systems.
