ITDC signs MoU for transfer of Hotel Jaipur Ashok to State Govt. of Rajasthan

For consideration of Rs 14 crore

India Tourism Development Corporation announced that on 05 September 2017 a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been executed amongst ITDC, Ministry of Tourism and State Government of Rajasthan for transfer of Hotel Jaipur Ashok, Jaipur to State Government of Rajasthan at a negotiated value of Rs. 14.00 crore without any liabilities and encumbrances.
