JM Financial allots equity shares

Under ESOS

JM Financial announced that pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme, the Allotment Committee of the Board at its meeting held on 17 October 2014 has allotted 6,81,105 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each.

Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 76,00,30,113/- representing 76,00,30,113 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each.
