Just Dial board to consider buyback of equity shares

Just Dial said that the meeting of the board of directors is scheduled on 30 April 2020 to consider and approve the proposal for buy-back of fully paid-up equity shares of the company.

The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 27 April 2020. Shares of Just Dial surged 5.75% to close at Rs 348.55 on 27 April 2020.

The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 824.85 on 09 July 2019. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 250.55 on 26 March 2020.
