Kewal Kiran Clothing announces resignation of CFO

With effect from 10 September 2015

Kewal Kiran Clothing announced that Shantilal B. Kothari, Chief Financial Officer has relinquished his position as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person and has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company. Kothari's resignation has been accepted and he will be relieved from his services w.e.f. the close of the working hours on 10 October 2015.
