Kitex Garments standalone net profit declines 61.53% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales decline 25.99% to Rs 131.17 crore

Net profit of Kitex Garments declined 61.53% to Rs 10.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 26.85 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales declined 25.99% to Rs 131.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 177.24 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 24.07% to Rs 70.02 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 92.22 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 2.08% to Rs 557.25 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 545.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
