Manappuram Finance allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Manappuram Finance announced that Financial Resources and Management Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 June 2016 has allotted 1,24,375 (One Lakh Twenty Four Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Five) equity shares having face value of Rs.2 each under the revised ESOS Scheme 2009.
