Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 09 June 2016 allotted 5,65,265 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,19,42,720 consisting of 158,09,71,360 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
