Motherson Sumi Systems announced that ICRA has rated the instrument of the company as under -
Term loan (Rs 1108.27 crore) - ICRA AA+; Stable
Fund based facilities (Rs 600 crore) - ICRA AA+/ ICRA A1+; Stable
Non fund based bank facilities (Rs 100 crore) - ICRA AA+/ ICRA A1+; Stable
Commercial paper / STD programme (Rs 150 crore) - ICRA A1+
