Mphasis acquires UK based Datalytyx
Mphasis announced that Mphasis Consulting, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has today acquired Datalytyx, a leading UK based, Snowflake and Talend partner specializing in Next-Gen Data Engineering and consultancy company for consideration up to GBP 13.3 million consequent to signing a definitive agreement today regarding the acquisition.
