Munjal Showa announces change in directorate

With effect from 26 August 2015

Munjal Showa announced that the following appoinments were made at 30th AGM of the Company held on 26 August 2015 :

1. Ashok Kumar Munjal, Director liable to retires by rotation has been reappointed as Director of the Company.

2. Matsui Masanao has been appointed as Director of the Company.

3. The Appointment of M/s. S R Batliboi & Company LLP, Chartered Accountants, Gurgaon as Statutory Auditors has been ratified.
