Navkar Corporation receives arbitral award with respect to litigation with Central Railways

To pay revised license fee for land

Navkar Corporation announced that the Company has received Arbitral Award resolving the litigation between the Company and Central Railway. According to the Arbitral Award, the Central Railway has revised the Land License Fee, which works out to Rs 3.86 crore excluding service tax, for the period 01 January 2011 to 31 March 2016. The Company has agreed to pay the license fee for the land as stated above.
