Nitin Spinners announces change in directorate
With effect from 10 November 2014
Nitin Spinners announced that IDBI Bank vide its letter dtd. 30 October 2014 has withdrawn nomination of Sanjay Kumar Chaturvedi from Directorship of the Company. Hence, Sanjay Kumar Chaturvedi ceased to be Director of the Company w.e.f. 10 November 2014.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
