NOCIL allots 7.36 lakh equity shares

NOCIL has allotted 7,36,600 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company on exercise of stock options.Post the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to 16,53,52,880 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 165.35 crore.
