TCM announces change in directorate

On 13 June 2018

TCM announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 13 June 2018 has appointed Lt.Col. Somanathan V A as independent director in place of C H Abdul Rahim who was appointed in the last meeting held on 29 May 2018, as he withdrew his consent due to personal reasons. The meeting cancelled the appointment of C H Abdul Rahim.
