Oriental Bank of Commerce updates on issue of Rs 1000 crore Tier 2 Bonds

Allotment made on 26 October 2015

Oriental Bank of Commerce announced that the Bank's Issue of 8.34% Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Basel III Compliant Tier II Bonds in the nature of Debentures was fully subscribed to the extent of Rs. 1000 crore and allotment has been made on 26 October 2015 as per the terms of the Disclosure Document dated 19 October 2015.
