Binayaka Tex Processors announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2015, have approved and accepted the change in designation of Ashok Kumar Ramprakash Agarwal who is already a director from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director w.e.f. from 12 May 2015.
