Dhenu Buildcon Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 September 2014, inter alia, has discussed and approved the following matters:

1. The appointment of scrutinizer to conduct e-Voting at the forthcoming Annual General meeting in a free, fair and transparent manner.

2. Appointment of Madhumati Amar Gawade as Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 04 September 2014.
