Outcome of board meeting of Foseco India

Foseco India announced that Christopher Nail will be retiring from the service of the Vesuvius plc group shortly.

In view of the same, he has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company to take effect from the conclusion of the Board Meeting held on 14 November 2014,

At the aforesaid meeting, the Board of Directors has duly accepted the resignation of Christopher Nail.
