Board of Stampede Capital approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 14 November 2014

Stampede Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, inter alia, has:

1. Accepted the Resignation of Kranthi Kiran G, as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.

2. Approved the appointment of Y. Srikanth Reddy, as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 13 November 2014.
