Appointed Maya Chandra as an Independent Director with effect from 13 April 2015.

Take note of resignation of Jayesh Desai as Independent Director with effect from 13 April 2015.

Take note of resignation of Nilesh Amrutkar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from 30 April 2015.
