Outcome of board meeting of Pincon Spirit

Held on 03 February 2015

Pincon Spirit announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 February 2015, has discussed the following :

1. The Launch of its new brand of product i.e. "Jamaican XXX RUM- in Premium Segment' in the Brand Name of "Ultra Force" in the State of West Bengal on 18 February 2015.

2. The strategy of the Launch has been finalized.

3. A high level committee under the leadership of Director Finance and Chief Operating Officer has been formed to take the decision on launching price of the product and Marketing Strategy.
