Sayaji Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 July 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following :

Appointment of M/s. K L Vyas & Co. as the Statutory Auditors or the Company.

The appointment or M/s. Ritesh Gupta & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2014-15.

Appointment of Vinit Shah as the Additional Director (Independent) of the Company.

Resignation of Capt. Salim Sheikh from the directorship of the Company.
